of mojitos and other madness: the fare's in town!

don't say i didn't tell you but yes, the penang hawker fare is back in town! i know i should have posted this a little bit earlier so that more people can enjoy the fantastic food but i guess its still not too late...the fare ends on the 16th so that leaves everyone a good four days to scoot on down to york hotel for some hawker indulgence penang style!

i'll keep this post really short and let the piccies do the talking *grin* the auntie and uncles do this trip down to singapore three times a year (during the march, september and december school holidays) and every single time, the food is still authentic and very very shiok. small portions leave lots of room to try everything once, but this girl recommends leaving tummy space for seconds (and thirds!) for yummy cuttlefish kang kong and peanut pancake *grin*

p.s. they serve up quite a mean teh tarik which is awesome with the piping hot peanut pancakes!
